Role Overview

Our CNAs provide activities of daily living and other services to residents according to their service plans, always with kindness, gentleness, professionalism, and respect for dignity and privacy.

• Competitive wages: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
• $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time positions (paid in increments)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent resident care and support with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
• Respond to call lights and assist residents as needed
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper nutrition
• Record vital signs as requested
• Notify the nurse immediately of any resident condition changes

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for residents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A genuine love for seniors
