Job summary

Asante is seeking a dedicated oncology nurse for a part-time role (0.8 FTE) in Grants Pass, OR. The position requires strong critical thinking and communication skills to assess patients, educate families, and triage within a cancer center setting.

Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.800000 | Part Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 830AM - 5PM

SalaryRange: $53.9900- $77.79

Shift Differentials:

• $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $2.50 extra for working weekends

What You Must Have

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a fast paced and team environment, i.e. Inpatient or Outpatient setting, is required.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or abovepreferred.
• Successful completion of ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy coursepreferred.

Licensure/Certifications

• RN: Registered Nurse by the Oregon State Board of Nursing required upon start.
• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start.

Preferred Certifications

• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate
• CRNI: Certified Registered Nurse Infusion
• OCN: Oncology Certified Nurse
