Job summary

Asante in Oregon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join a top healthcare system on an on-call basis with a variable schedule. The CNA provides patient care under RN supervision, adheres to department policies, and contributes to patient safety and satisfaction.

Asante values dedicated CNAs who collaborate with RNs and other staff to deliver compassionate care. This position requires OSBN CNAs and BLS certification with focus on patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• CNA certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is required upon start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start.

Salary Range

$19.27 - $26.50

Shift Differentials

• $1.21/hr. for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $2.05/hr. for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $1.05/hr. extra for working weekends

Position Summary

A Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s), contributing to the utilization of the nursing process, under the supervision and direction of the RN, and performs all duties in accordance with department policies and procedures and scope of practice. Work Environment/Physical Requirements

• This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis - such as transferring a patient in and out of a bed. The ability to bend, stretch, twist, and perform other awkward physical movements is also required.
