Asante is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join their healthcare team in Medford, Oregon. The CNA works under RN supervision, delivering compassionate patient care and adhering to department policies and scope of practice. This role supports safety, comfort, and patient satisfaction across the care team.

The position offers a 0.9 FTE, full-time schedule with nights and a variable schedule, along with competitive pay and the opportunity to grow within a respected health system.

Qualifications

• CNA certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is required upon start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start.

Salary Range: $19.27 - $26.50

Shift Differentials

• $1.21/hr. for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $2.05/hr. for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $1.05/hr. extra for working weekends

Position Summary

A Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s), contributing to the utilization of the nursing process, under the supervision and direction of the RN, and performs all duties in accordance with department policies and procedures and scope of practice. Work Environment/Physical Requirements

• This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis – such as transferring a patient in and out of a bed. The ability to bend, stretch, twist, and perform other awkward physical movements is also required.
