Prepares, maintains, and compiles patient records, processes physician orders, and supports the nursing team in delivering quality patient care. Schedule may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.**Schedule**: 24 hours per week**Shift**: Days, M-F, 9am-2pm**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Provides patient care as assigned and per routine, according to standards of care, shift routines, and policies and procedures.* Answers call lights in a timely and appropriate manner* Documents care provided according to standards* Maintains a clean work and patient environment* Answers the telephone appropriately and provides information or relays messages to patients and staff.* Directs visitors to patients' rooms. Maintains medical records of current patients.
