Your Role :

As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will engage in hands-on training and mentorship, equipping you with essential skills to provide care to our residents. This entry-level position allows you to learn while you earn, guided by experienced healthcare professionals. You will participate in classes, labs, and clinical experiences to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in training programs to understand healthcare protocols and procedures
• Develop and practice fundamental nursing skills with supervision
• Assist nursing staff in delivering daily care to residents
• Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing and grooming
• Collaborate with the care team to promote residents' well-being
