Job summary

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center in Denver, CO is hiring care aides to support residents with daily living activities and health monitoring. The role offers multiple shifts: full-time 2 pm–10 pm and part-time 6 am–2 pm Fri/Sat, plus part-time 2 pm–10 pm.

Starting pay is $24/hour with higher rates based on experience. DailyPay on-demand payment is available, and we foster a home-like, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
