Juniper Communities in the United States is hiring immediately for a Care Aide/CNA role. After successful completion of a 120-hour CNA training program, you’ll transition into a full-time CNA/Wellness Associate position. The job offers on-demand pay through DailyPay and a starting wage of $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
• Completion of a 120-hour CNA training program to transition into a full-time CNA/Wellness Associate role.
• Successful completion leads to a full-time CNA/Wellness Associate position.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, phone use, dining, and participation in Juniper programs).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role:

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.

Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.

Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.

Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
