Job summary

Juniper Communities in Pennsylvania is hiring a Care Aide to support residents with daily activities, monitor safety, and help them stay engaged and independent.

We offer on-demand DailyPay, a 120-hour CNA training program, and immediate opportunities to advance into a CNA/Wellness Associate role; starting pay is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required).
• Complete a 120-hour CNA training program to transition into CNA/Wellness Associate.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, appointments, phone use, dining, and Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role:

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities:
