Job summary

Juniper Communities in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Care Aide for memory care with full-time evening 3 pm–11 pm or night 11 pm–7 am shifts. The role focuses on helping residents stay safe, engaged, and independent, under the direction of the care team. You must have at least 5 years of memory care experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Role:

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.

Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.

Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.

Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – (Optional)
