The C.N.A. will provide essential assistance to clients receiving services, ensuring their independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role requires a current C.N.A. certification in Florida, a valid driver's license, and experience in client care. Competenze

• Must have a current CNA in the state of Florida.
• Must have valid state Driver's License and proof of motor vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Possess a valid current CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Assist with facilitating client and family communication with medical staff.
• Immediately report all changes in client's condition to the on-call RN or supervisor.
• Perform chore services or companionship per care plan created by agency and client.
• Review client plan of care weekly to ensure appropriate services are provided.
• Observe areas of skin breakdowns and report concerns to the on-call nurse.
• Inform supervisor of supply/equipment needs and report defective equipment.
• Ensure fairness in treatment and respond to individual preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with facilitating Client and family communication with and between medical staff.
• Immediately report all changes in Client’s condition to the on‑call RN, or supervisor.
• Perform chore services or companionship per care‑plan created by agency and Client.
• Review client plan of care weekly to ensure appropriate and requested services are being provided. If client or family member requests an addition to the care plan, supervisor must be notified; Supervisor will reach out to client or family member to ensure needs are met. Ensures written documentation reflects that the plan of care is being followed.
• Observes areas of skin breakdowns and report concerns to the on‑call nurse or supervisor.
• Informs supervisor or scheduler of supply/equipment needs and reports defective equipment.
• Ensures fairness in treatment; listens to clients; gives choices and responds to individual preferences and requests.

Qualifications:

Must have a current CNA in the state of Florida

Must have valid state Driver's License and proof of motor vehicle insurance

High school diploma or equivalent. Possess a valid current CPR certification.

Experience:

Minimum of 6 months, preferred.
