Job summary

Alvita Care is seeking a CT Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a male client in Fairfield County, CT. The role involves compassionate patient care across memory care, palliative, ADL support, and transfers.

Flexible hours with part-time and per diem options; day and night shifts available; weekends a plus. Weekly pay via direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check. Onboarding is quick, and memory care/palliative experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CT CNA certificate.
• 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong patient care skills with compassionate approaches.
• Updated medicals/vaccinations or willingness to obtain them.
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form.
• Must successfully complete Alvita Care onboarding process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a valid CNA certificate in the state of Connecticut
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant CNA experience
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong patient care skills with the ability to provide compassionate and quality care.
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain
• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form
• Must successfully complete Alvita Care process to accept cases

DETAILS:

• Flexible Hours! Part-time, & per diem schedule options are available
• 6,8-12 hours : Day and Night shifts also available
• M-F availability is nice, but weekends are a plus!
• Memory Care, Palliative, ADL, and transfer experience are all a plus
• Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check)
