Job summary

Alvita Care is seeking CNAs for private duty clients in CT with flexible per-diem and part-time schedules. Responsibilities include providing compassionate, quality care to clients in home or facility settings across New Haven to Hartford County.

Qualified candidates hold CT CNA certification, 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience, and updated vaccines. A drug screen and onboarding with Alvita Care are required; weekends and memory/palliative care exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Connecticut CNA certificate.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehab, or similar settings is a plus.
• Strong patient care skills and compassionate approach.
• Updated medicals/vaccinations or willingness to obtain them.
• Must complete Alvita Care onboarding process.

Job description

Alvita Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant CNAs (Per Diem ) for private duty Client in New Haven to Hartford County in CT cases!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a valid CNA certificate in the state of Connecticut
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant CNA experience
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong patient care skills with the ability to provide compassionate and quality care.
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain
• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form
• Must successfully complete Alvita Care process to accept cases

DETAILS

• Flexible Hours! Part-time, & per diem schedule options are available
• 6,8-12 hours : Day and Night shifts also available
• M-F availability is nice, but weekends are a plus!
• Memory Care, Palliative, ADL, and transfer experience are all a plus
• Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check)
