Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Under general supervision, provides basic patient care to all patients, including those in isolation.
• Experience with activities of daily living and mobility assistance.
• Observes and reports changes in patient condition to RN.

Responsibilities

• Observe patients at risk of self-harm or distress and report to RN.
• Provide hygiene, feeding, and daily living support.
• Assist with mobility and safe patient handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and follow isolation precautions.
