Job summary

The Mental Health Association of Rochester is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a long-term care facility in Minnesota. You will provide resident-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with the nursing team to implement care plans.

We value compassion, reliability, and the ability to work evening shifts, weekends on a rotating basis, and holidays. Prior LTC or clinical experience is preferred, with ongoing competency training and adherence to infection

Qualifications

• Prior clinical or long-term care experience is preferred.
• Completion of yearly competency tests and ongoing continuing education (minimum 12 hours annually).
• Ability to work evening shifts, every other weekend, and rotating holidays, with shift incentives.
• Must be able to perform essential physical tasks and maintain compliance with certifications and training requirements.

Qualifications And Skills Required
