Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking an Acute Rehab CNA in Brownsburg, Indiana. You will provide direct patient care in an acute rehab setting and assist with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, and mobility.

You will monitor patient conditions, document changes, and report to nursing staff while following care plans to ensure safety and comfort. A valid Indiana CNA license, 2 years acute care experience, and a willingness to work every other weekend and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana CNA license.
• 2 years of acute care (hospital) experience.
• Must be available every other weekend and holidays.
• Able to work independently, yet support a team.
• Remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient at taking vitals and medications as required.

Responsibilities

As an Acute Care CNA, you will:

• Provide direct patient care and support in an acute rehab setting.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

A few must haves for the Acute Care CNA:

• Active CNA license with in the state of Indiana
• 2 years of ACUTE CARE (hospital) experience, as required by facility
• Must be okay with every other weekend and holidays
• Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
• Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
