Job summary

Eatonton Health & Rehab seeks a dedicated CNA to join our mission-driven care team in Georgia. You’ll assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support mobility, transfers and positioning.

Work with nurses and a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in a warm, respectful environment. We offer competitive wages and benefits including health/vision insurance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with match, pay-before-day program, and referral

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Georgia is required or eligible.
• Ability to provide patient-centered, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents and families.

$16.80 to $18.35/hour Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends Weekly pay
