Job summary

Harrington Park Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our non-profit, mission-driven team in Georgia. You’ll deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and support residents with daily living activities.

This part-time role offers weekly pay, starting $16.80–$18.35/hour with shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends, plus benefits including vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holiday pay, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or eligible in Georgia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
