Job summary

Eatonton Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team in Georgia. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide patient-centered care, monitor changes, and collaborate with nurses to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia) or eligible.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care with dignity.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are at the heart of the care we provide. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
