Job summary

Northridge Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care and support daily living activities.

Starting pay ranges from $16.80 to $18.35 per hour, with shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends. We offer weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, retirement plan, PTO, and a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
