Job summary

Lynn Haven Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and support their daily needs with dignity and respect in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

Key duties include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring residents’ conditions, and collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
