Job summary

California Rehabilitation Institute in Century City/Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time days, 7am - 7:30pm. Pay rate ranges from $24.00 to $32.30 per hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight and demographic data.
• Assist patients with personal and daily care (bath, oral hygiene, shaving, hair care).
• Deliver meals and snacks and document oral intake as needed.
• Turn and position immobile patients and assist in mobility programs.
• Answer call lights and perform services that support patient well-being.
• Transport patients to designated areas and treatment centers.

• Assisting patients with personal and daily care, such as bathing (bed bath, chair at sink, tub and shower), oral hygiene, shaving and hair care.
• Delivering meals and snacks, feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves and documenting oral intake, including supplements.
• Turning and positioning immobile patients safely while maintaining proper body alignment; participating in mobility program.
• Answering patient call lights and performing services that add to the physical well-being of the patient.
• Transportation of the patients to designated areas, such as to and from various treatment centers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
• Must have active CNA license in the state

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
