Job Summary

As part of our clinical team, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent care and service to our residents. You will administer medications, monitor residents' health, and report observations to licensed nurses, ensuring residents' well-being and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer scheduled oral and topical medications following physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor and record vital signs as per physician instructions.
• Report any medication side effects or issues to the Charge Nurse.
• Maintain accurate medication and treatment documentation.
• Assist with medication management tasks, including reordering and disposal.
• Notify the Charge Nurse of medication shortages or issues.
• Suggest improvements to medication processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of a state-approved CNA program and listed on the Maine CNA Registry.
