Job summary

Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute is hiring a Nursing Assistant to perform basic nursing procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role provides direct and indirect patient assistance across all ages, and helps communicate patient needs to the nursing team.

Position offers a 0.5–1.0 FTE schedule (20–40 hours/week) with a $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible candidates, plus a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification required at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required at hire.
• Minimum 3 years of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic nursing procedures under RN direction.

• Communicate patient needs to nursing staff and families.

Job description

Under the general direction of a Registered Nurse, the NAC performs basic nursing procedures in providing direct and indirect assistance to patients of all ages and facilitates communication of patient needs to registered nursing personnel.
