Job summary

St. Luke's Rehabilitation Inst is seeking a Therapy Aide to support licensed clinicians in direct and indirect patient care, and to help maintain a clean, orderly department environment.

Under direct supervision, you will assist with patient care tasks and help ensure a respectful, compassionate experience for patients and families in our hospital setting. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a positive representation of the care team.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician, the Therapy Aide provides direct and/or indirect assistance in patient care delivery and assists with maintaining a clean and orderly department environment. Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

• One year experience working on patient care environment (home care, nursing home, hospital).
