Job summary

Providence Mount Carmel Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our patient-centered care team. Under the supervision of the RN, you will provide direct and indirect patient care and help communicate patient needs to licensed staff.

This role requires Washington Nursing Assistant Certification and BLS. Preferred candidates have recent hospital NA experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and a culture that values compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Recent hospital Nursing Assistant experience (preferred).

• Provide direct and/or indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Facilitate communication of patient needs to licensed nursing personnel.
• Support care delivery consistent with mission and standards.

Job description

$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

The Nursing Assistant is a member of the nursing care team and reports to the Nurse Manager. Under the supervision and direction of the RN, the NA provides direct and/or indirect patient care delivery and facilitates communication of patient needs to licensed nursing personnel. Required Qualifications
