Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Clearwater, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team as HHA caregivers delivering in-home care with dignity and respect. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, while following care plans and maintaining client safety.

Requirements include valid CNA license, CPR, 1 year in-home care, driver’s license, background check, TB test, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.

• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.

• Accompanying clients to their appointments.

• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)

• Follow care plans and agency protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.

• Current CPR certification (required)

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• Level 2 Background screening with current fingerprinting.

• Recent TB Test Results.

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

• Must have strong communication skills.
