Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Largo, FL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver in-home care. You’ll assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, appointments, housekeeping, and provide companionship while following care plans.

Requirements include a valid CNA license, current CPR, at least 1 year of caregiving, valid driver’s license with clean record, Level 2 background with fingerprinting, and recent TB test. Great pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Level 2 Background screening with fingerprinting.
• Recent TB Test Results.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
