Job summary

Ingleside at King Farm in Rockville, MD is seeking a CNA I for our senior living community. This full-time role covers 10-day shift cycles with Mon-Thu & Sat in wk1 and Sun, Tue-Fri in wk2, 7am-3pm. Wage range is $19.85 to $23.74 per hour, commensurate with experience.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and maintain a safe, compassionate environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of nursing experience, and CNA I

• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and basic observations

• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
• Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one (1) to three (3) years of clinical nursing experience and CNA I (formerly GNA) required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and be knowledgeable in restorative and medical nursing principles and practices.
