Job summary

Billet Health is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Home Health team serving the East Valley, including Globe and Mesa, AZ. This is a Per Diem (PRN) role delivering one-on-one care to patients in their homes, collaborating with RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing to support individualized plans of care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, bathing, grooming, mobility, monitoring patient condition, and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona CNA license
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• CPR or BLS certification
• Current TB documentation (TB skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Home Health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transfer assistance
• Support patient care under the Home Health plan of care
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Promote patient safety and comfort in the home setting
• Communicate effectively with RN Case Managers and clinical leadership
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
