Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a per diem, per-visit opportunity to serve adult and senior clients in home settings. The role requires travel between multiple client homes in the Flagstaff area, with mileage reimbursement and flexible coverage.

The CNA will join a multidisciplinary team delivering home health, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care to help clients remain at home.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience.
• Active AZ Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping.
• Bathing and grooming.
• Toileting.
• Nail care.
• Range of motion exercises.
• Transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
• Oral feeding.
• Vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.

Job description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced CNA for a per diem opportunity to work with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis. Candidate will need to travel between multiple client homes per day, so access to reliable transportation is required.

Immediate opportunity for coverage in the Flagstaff area- PRN.

As a home health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

A CNA must:

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the Arizona Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements

Job Responsibilities:
