Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Observation Unit at Froedtert Men Falls Hospital in Menomonee Falls, WI. The CNA will provide delegated age-appropriate patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and assist with basic nursing tasks in a culturally sensitive manner.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, safety observation, and reporting to the Nurse Manager and on-duty RNs.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
• American Heart Association BLS within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide delegated age-appropriate care under RN supervision.
• Assist patients with basic nursing skills, personal care, and restorative services.
• Maintain safety observation as needed on assigned shifts.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the Nurse Manager and on-duty RNs.
