Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Assisting with vital signs and other measurements as needed
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
