As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with vital signs, including blood pressure checks, temperature takings, and oxygen level monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in mandatory in-service training and continuing education programs to stay updated on the latest care practices and industry developments
• Collaborate with other care staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Requirements:

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
