Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our day and night full-time teams. The role includes hands-on resident care, 12-hour shifts, and rotating weekends. A $2,000 full-time sign-on bonus is available to eligible candidates.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personal care services, including toileting, transferring, and ambulating
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Assist with meals and snacks, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull residents as needed
