Affinity Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The hospice aide works under RN supervision, visiting patients at home to assist with personal care, observe and report conditions, and document care.
Must have a high school diploma, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to patient homes is required; flexibility for holidays and weekends may apply. No nursing injections or procedures are performed by the aide under policy.

The hospice aide (CNA) is a paraprofessional member of the interdisciplinary group who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient's personal needs and to promote comfort. The hospice aide is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.
Full Time; (40) hours / week. Works in patients' home in various conditions. Ability to work flexible schedule, ability to travel locally and ability to participate in holiday and weekend rotation as appropriate.
