Interim HealthCare Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, direct patient care in home or facility settings. You will support a full range of services to bring comfort and dignity to clients, following the plan of care with integrity and teamwork.

As a Hospice Aide (CNA), you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with plan of care
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
• Working as part of an interdisciplinary team that helps establish and carry out their plan of care to provide comfort and dignity throughout their diagnosis

To qualify for a Hospice Aide (CNA) with us, you will need:

• Certified Nurse Assistant Certification required
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
• Reliable Transportation with Proof of Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
