Affinity Hospice is seeking a compassionate hospice aide (CNA) to join our in-home care team. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, performing personal care, observations, and comfort-focused tasks for patients in their homes.
This PRN role requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel is local and weekend rotation may be involved. We offer PTO, benefits, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

The hospice aide (CNA) is a paraprofessional member of the interdisciplinary group who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performsvarious servicesfor a patient as necessary to meet the patient’s personal needs and to promote comfort. The hospice aideis responsible forobservingthe patient, reporting theseobservationsand documenting observations and care performed.
Hours / Schedule: PRN. Works in patients’homein various conditions. Ability to work flexibleschedule, ability to travel locally and ability toparticipatein holiday and weekend rotation asappropriate.
