Affinity Hospice in Birmingham, AL is seeking a compassionate hospice aide (CNA) to join our patient-centered care team. You will work in patients' homes under RN supervision, performing personal care and ensuring comfort while documenting observations.
This full-time role requires high school diploma, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle. Travel locally and participate in holiday/weekend rotations as needed; training and advancement opportunities available.

The hospice aide (CNA) is a paraprofessional member of the interdisciplinary group who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient's personal needs and to promote comfort. The hospice aide is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.
Full Time; (40) hours / week. Works in patients' home in various conditions. Ability to work flexible schedule, ability to travel locally and ability to participate in holiday and weekend rotation as appropriate.
