Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support mobility/positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams.
