Job summary

Green Acres Health & Rehab is actively seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team in Milledgeville, GA. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide patient-centered care, and support mobility under the supervision of licensed nurses.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia state or eligible).

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
