Job summary

Oakview Health & Rehab in Summerville, GA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our mission-driven team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and work with nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

We offer starting pay of $18.45–$21/hour, shift differentials, weekly pay, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) with match, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
