Job summary

Harrington Park Health & Rehab in Augusta, GA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the evening shift. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and support daily living activities with dignity and respect in a nonprofit, mission‑driven setting.

Work with nurses and the care team to monitor residents, document changes, keep environments safe and comfortable, and provide compassionate, patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members

Starting Pay: $16.80 to $18.35/hour

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are at the heart of the care we provide. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect.
