Job summary

Winthrop Health & Rehab seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, always treating them with dignity and respect.

You will collaborate with nurses and a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive, mission-driven non-profit setting. Prior long-term care experience is a plus, and we offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (GA or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members

Full Time

Starting Pay: $18.45 to $21/hour. Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends. Weekly pay.
