GateWay at River City is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Clinical Team. You will provide hands-on, compassionate care and daily support to residents to help them feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A current CNA license in good standing.
• Prior healthcare experience is helpful.
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services to residents as outlined in individual care plans.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Deliver friendly, respectful customer service to residents and families.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Wellness Team.
• Document care and assistance provided in the electronic health record.
