Job summary

GateWay at River City is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Clinical Team. You’ll provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for.

As part of our team, you’ll support residents with daily living activities, respond to call lights promptly, and document care in the electronic health record. Strong customer service and a caring attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CNA license in good standing.
• Prior healthcare experience is helpful.
• Strong customer service and caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services to residents as outlined in individual care plans.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Deliver friendly, respectful customer service to residents and families.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Wellness Team.
• Document care and assistance provided in the electronic health record.
