GateWay at River City in Peoria, IL, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Clinical Team. You will provide hands-on, compassionate care and daily support to residents, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for.

Your work directly impacts residents’ health, happiness, and quality of life. As a CNA on our Clinical Team, you’ll perform ADLs, assist with daily activities, and ensure timely responses to call lights while maintaining exceptional service for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA license in good standing.
• Healthcare experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide care per individual care plans for residents.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Deliver friendly, respectful customer service to residents and families.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to Wellness Team.
• Document care in the electronic health record.

What We're Looking For
