MaineHealth is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. This full/part-time role offers a sign-on bonus and a night shift schedule of 36 hours per week (3 twelve-hour shifts).

Prime responsibilities include basic CNA care under RN direction and assisting with patient care plans. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and a current CNA license; BLS is required or must be obtained within 30 days of start.

Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) I provides basic level CNA care assisting in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: Less than six months of CNA experience

The pay range for this position is $20.27to $24.36 per hour.
