Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ISDH CNA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow written/verbal care assignments and provide daily resident care.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, and transfers per care plan.
• Monitor vital signs and document per policy.
• Maintain clean resident rooms and report changes.
• Respond to resident calls promptly and maintain safety.
