Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Indiana Avon is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide caring, personalized assistance to residents in our community. This full-time role requires flexibility for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities include reviewing Care Plans, assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility, taking vital signs, and reporting changes to the charge nurse.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license in accordance with state laws.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare, geriatrics, or eldercare experience preferred.
• Nursing aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide 1440 care.
• Review resident care plans at shift start.
• Bathing and grooming for residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs and report to nurse.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain resident dignity and privacy.
• Follow infection control procedures.
